My Policies

Please be advised all deposit fees are non refundable. Once Full service is completed , and payment has been taken, there will be no refunds. We are happy to accommodate and try to fix your lashes within 72 hours if something happens.

Deposit is TRANSFERABLE for up to 2 months (60) days IF cancelled before the 48 hours.

If you are unable to attend an appointment you have scheduled with Lashedj you must give 48 hours notice of the cancellation otherwise deposit is forfeited. Additional notice is preferred and appreciated when possible.

Please note that if you cancel 47 hours before, you loose your deposit of $25 +GST. If you cancel within 24 hours, it is 50% of your service an if you cancel your appointment day of, you will be charged 100% of your service.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do with more than 48 hours in advance. The first reschedule is permitted without penalty. However, if you need to reschedule a second time, your deposit will be forfeited. This policy is in place to ensure that time slots are available for other clients.

Please be advised, I have a 10 minute late period. If you are any more than 10 minutes late it will be considered a no-show. I will be unable to take you, and I will ask you to rebook. I can not “do what I can” in that time as I wont be able to do the work to the best of my ability. I am usually booked back to back throughout my day and 10 minutes can really set me behind for my next client.

If you are coming from another salon and booking a fill, please contact me BEFORE booking so I can allow myself more time on your set. I cannot guarantee that it will be a fill, it depends on the isolation and quality of work from the previous salon. Please wait at least 12 weeks from your last lift and tint appointment till you book a lash appointment.If you are unsure about anything please feel free to contact me before hand and we can determine if it is a full set or a fill set.

Please show up to your appointment with no makeup on or around your eyes. I do have Lash cleansers for purchase through myself or the salon. If you come with dirty lashes there will be a $5 Lash bath cost added to your appointment price.

If you are coming in for a fix, the fix must be done within 4-8 weeks for lash lifts. Or lashes within 72 hours of initial appointment. Any concerns please reach out to us with the information box below.
